HoME Birth & Midwifery Pregnancy Care

Pregnancy support consisting of all standard and needed labs, 1 hour prenatal appointments (every 4 weeks until 28 weeks of pregnancy, every two weeks until 36 weeks, once a week until 41 weeks, twice in the 41st week), labor support, birth, immediate postpartum care (3-4 hours post birth), and postpartum care (1 day, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks after birth).
Ultrasound and NST referrals will take place in the provider’s office unless you prefer a provider who will work out of your home, and the cost of those services will be billed separately by that provider.
Discount of $500 when you hire a birth doula
Discount of $300 when you pay in full by 30 weeks

Midwifery Co-care

Midwifery prenatal and postpartum care, labor support at home, birth support in the hospital with your obstetrical provider, midwifery postpartum care.
This is for individuals who may not be able to birth at home or who may not feel comfortable birthing at home, who have an obstetrician from whom they are receiving care, AND who want the extra level of midwifery care in addition to the traditional OB care received, i.e. 1 hour long appointments, time to fold in labor and birth education and preparation, individualized exercise and dietary recommendations, planning for your postpartum period, and tending to the transition taking place in you and your family.
Midwifery Labor & Birth Care

AKA Doula Monitrice
Three prenatal appointments discussing transition from 1-2/2-3/3-4 as well as preparation for labor and birth, labor and birth support in the hospital or at home with your midwife and two postpartum appointments geared towards birth processing, lactation support, and helping to ease the transition in the form of a trained listening ear, education, referrals, or hands-on support.
Postpartum Doula
$1,850
Ideal for the first few weeks home with a new baby
2 weeks, 3 days a week, ~3 hrs/day in-home support
Available for remote support anytime throughout the 2 weeks
Postpartum Doula Support May Include:

Pre or post natal Yoga Package
$1,500
10 pre or postnatal yoga classes in your home, or we can arrange to meet in a public park or other place conducive to our sessions. These sessions are fantastic framing for the transition taking place. The yoga session is custom-tailored to you while we discuss pregnancy, labor and birth, and parenting, all while using and integrating practices you may call on to support you in your pregnancy, labor, birth, and parenting journey.
Sessions are 1.5 hours. Ideal if your partner or support person can join if you have one.
Midwifery Consultation Services
$200/hr, $1,000 retainer
